A yoni steam (aka. vaginal steam) provides gentle and effective support for women's wellness. It is an old-age practice, respected by women and holistic healers around the globe. This treatment used with steam herbs gently and effectively cleanses, tones and revitalize. Yoni steaming is said to support one's natural feminine cycle by releasing of dark blood at the beginning or end of menstrual cycle. Directions:

1. Pour hot water into bidet.

2. Ensure water is at a comfortable temperature.

3. Put steam herbs into the bidet and let it soak 10 minutes.

4. Take out the steam herbs from the bidet after 10 minutes. For a stronger tea leave steam herbs inside bidet.

5. Start steam for 20-60 minutes.

6. Waiting suitable temperature, cleanse vagina and anus area with bidet pump.

7. After steaming is complete, empty bidet by unscrewing removal plug.

8. Clean bidet and dry.

9. Store bidet in a dry clean area.
