Refund policy

WIGS

All wig sales are final for hygienic reasons. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued unless the product is deemed defective by the merchant. If there is an issue with your wig, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel an order and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, the sale is final. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 10 days with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange is issued. All products must be completely unused and unaltered in order to receive a refund.

SERVICES

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. After 24 hours, there will be no exchanges or partial refunds. Please check before leaving our facility to ensure you are happy with the service you received.

PRODUCTS

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Should you require an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us. We will reship the new product(s) back to you for free.
